How to Link Your Bitmoji Account With Snapchat

When Snapchat bought Bitmoji maker Bitstrips in March 2016, it became clear that the company was trying to up its emoji presence. Snapchat's always been one of the more fun social apps, and Bitmoji integration seemed like it would make a perfect fit.
This week, we saw that integration go live, and it hasn't disappointed.
Snapchatters can now link their Bitmoji account with their Snapchat account with a few simple steps. This gives the app more personalization – making the Snapchat experience better all around.
Here are the steps you need to take to get your own personal Bitmoji within Snapchat.
1. Open Snapchat Settings
Swipe down on the home screen and tap the gear icon in the top right hand corner.
2. Select the Bitmoji section
It’s under ‘My Account’. If you’re already setup on Bitmoji, you’ll be able to link your account in step three (if not, you'll need to set up a Bitmoji account also)
3. Agree & Connect
Now you can link your Bitmoji account to your Snapchat, giving you the ability to share your custom Bitmoji character with your Snapchat followers, adding a unique feel to your Snapchat presence.
4. Re-open Snapchat
5. Send Snaps With Your New Bitmoji Character
You’re all set. Now that you’ve linked your accounts, you’ll find your Bitmoji stored in the regular emoji tab, under the icon that looks like a face. See the image below.
