1. Which social media platforms do you manage?
We manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok as our primary platforms. We also manage Pinterest, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts for clients in specific industries. We recommend the right platform mix based on where your target audience is actually spending time — not based on which platforms are currently trending.
2. Do I need to provide content ideas, or do you handle that?
We handle everything — topic research, content ideas, copywriting, creative briefs, and scheduling. You provide your brand guidelines, any upcoming announcements or promotions, and approval of the monthly content calendar. Beyond that, we manage the entire process. If you want to be more involved in content ideation, we welcome that too — it is your choice.
3. Do you do community management — responding to comments and messages?
Yes — on our Growth and Scale social media packages, community management is included. We respond to comments and DMs on your behalf using pre-approved response templates, and flag anything that requires your direct input (such as specific customer service queries or media enquiries). Response time target: within 4 hours during business hours.
4. Can you run paid social (boosted posts and ad campaigns) alongside organic management?
Yes. Paid social amplification — boosting high-performing organic posts and running dedicated lead generation or brand awareness campaigns — is available as an add-on to any social media management package. We manage the paid social through the same account, so organic and paid strategies are always aligned
